SLS Builders LTD our committed to long lasting projects and pride ourselves on our responsive and proactive aftercare service. Our team is dedicated to making sure our clients are satisfied at every stage of the project, and especially after they have obtained the property. We are always on call to deliver an aftercare service and when possible the team, who originally worked on the construction phase, will return to the property bringing with them their personal knowledge and experience of the project. Where possible, we aim to respond within 24 hours and we pride ourselves in our swift responses to customer needs, genuine opinions and upfront explanations relating to clients concerns.
We also offer our clients an option to continue with product maintenance, such as Lighting, Boilers, Roofing, etc. With this level of upkeep, the risk of any system let-down in the property is significantly reduced. Every so often, as a condition of the warranty, producers and manufacturers insist on a preservation plan to ensure their warranty remains valid. By doing so the client can enjoy their property without having to worry about hefty bills.
